Katya was drawn to yoga at the age of 18. She went on to study yoga at the British Wheel of Yoga. After five and a half years of training, she qualified to become a yoga teacher. Katya is caring and passionate about sharing her knowledge with others. She helps people improve their lives both physically and mentally with yoga.
