In the afternoon the street suddenly becomes wide and endless, loses itself somewhere beyond sight, behind the sky. A little speaker clipped to the handlebars, and us, just keeping on riding. Thinking about the same things anyway, about a hip say, that twitches along carefree in just the smallest movement, about a shoulder and an elbow that trace the same loop for hours. Without saying much we hatch plans full of detours: just don't get stuck, don't come to a stop, everything else will show itself.
