Colel Chabad is the social welfare arm of the Chabad-Lubavitch movement. Established in 1788 by Rabbi Schneur Zalman of Liadi, the founder of Chabad, Colel Chabad has a long and distinguished history of providing vital assistance to Jewish communities in the Land of Israel. As the oldest continuously operating charity in Israel, Colel Chabad's mission is rooted in the core Jewish values of tzedakah (charity) and tikkun olam (repairing the world). In this podcast, we will explore the history and philosophy of this holy institution. Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/colelchabad/support
