KICY is a radio station broadcasting a religious format in affiliation with Moody Radio and Salem Radio Network. It serves the Seward Peninsula, Yukon, and Kuskokwim Deltas in Alaska, and its frequency signal also reaches the Russian Far East.

Its weekly schedule combines programming from Moody Radio and locally produced shows. Its lineup features inspirational talk shows, religious programming, local, statewide and national news reports, and music shows playing Gospel and Christian music. The station also broadcast Russian-speaking programming every day, after 11 pm.

KICY's online live streaming service is not geographically limited and people anywhere in the world can listen live to its broadcast.
